CEO & Management

The CEO continuously prepares the necessary information and decision-making basis prior to Board meetings, and also puts forward proposals for decisions.

The Chairman of the Board and the CEO hold an annual appraisal meeting pursuant to the CEO’s instructions and the applicable specification of requirements. The CEO leads the work of the Group management and makes decisions in consultation with the other members of the management team. The Group management meets weekly to discuss operative issues.

The Group management consists of the heads of important business areas within the Formpipe Group.

Magnus Svenningson

Previous assignments: Magnus has held leading business positions in large corporations like Ericsson but primarily focused his career on managing international expansion and cloud transformation of smaller companies in cybersecurity. Most recently PrimeKey Solutions AB that was sold to Insight Partner portfolio company Keyfactor.
