Auditors

At the Annual General Meeting, one or two auditors and no more than two deputies are elected to review the Company’s annual report and accounts, and to examine the administrative activities of the Board of Directors and the CEO.

Öhrlings PricewaterhouseCoopers was selected at the 2024 Annual General Meeting for the period up until the 2025 Annual General Meeting, with Erik Bergh as the auditor with principal responsibility.
