Formpipe Software AB (publ) (”Formpipe”) announces the result of the company’s voluntary redemption program adopted by the Annual General Meeting on 29 April 2026.
The redemption program comprised a total of not more than 25,140,696 shares in Formpipe. Upon completion of the application period, a total of 20,156,283 shares have been submitted for redemption, corresponding to an acceptance level of approximately 80.2 percent. In total, cash proceeds of approximately SEK 604,688,490 million will be distributed to the shareholders, corresponding to SEK 30 per redeemed share, to be paid around 9 June 2026.
Following completion of the redemption program, the total number of outstanding shares and votes in Formpipe will amount to 33,746,638.
Trading in redemption shares
Trading in redemption shares is expected to commence on 26 May 2026 and end on 2 June 2026.
As previously communicated, the legal entity will remain Formpipe Software AB for the time being, until completion of the redemption programme. Thereafter, the legal name will formally be changed to Lasernet Group AB. Formpipe Software AB is a public company listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
