18 Oct 2024 14:00 CEST |Non-Regulatory

The Danish subsidiary of Formpipe has identified a cybersecurity incident affecting some internal servers in Denmark. As of now, Formpipe assesses limited impact on its operations.

  • Formpipe has taken immediate action and has engaged professional cybersecurity experts for incident management and business continuity
  • Formpipe has notified the Danish Police and the Danish Centre for Cyber Security and notified the Danish Data Protection Agency of the incident in accordance with Danish data protection laws
  • The incident is isolated to the Danish operation of business area Public, i.e., there is no impact on the Swedish and other international Formpipe customers
  • The incident only affected internal servers and systems. No production systems or customer-facing solutions are affected, meaning no exposed customer data that we are currently aware of. However, all relevant customers are contacted and precautionary measures for further protection are taken
  • The affected systems have been taken off-line. This may have a short-term impact on the capacity of our customer support service in Denmark
  • The financial impact on the fourth quarter results is deemed to be minor.

We continue to monitor and manage the situation and will publish further information when deemed relevant.
